Coach Messaging Project
Asynchronous and synchronous messaging is one of the biggest feature requests from Members. In 2021 we offered an asynchronous messaging modal to compliment telephonic coaching. I led a team of two designers and a PM to map out the experience, from blueprinting out our different uses cases, journey map, storyboarding and wireframes. Once we were confident in the direction, the designer continued with UX and visual designs.
